DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH:
Take US Hwy 19 south to Tampa Road. Make a U-turn at Tampa Rd getting in the far right hand lane. The office will be your 1st right into Oaklake Medical. We are in Suite 2.

Take US Hwy 19 north just past Tampa Road. The office will be your 1st right into Oaklake Medical. We are in Suite 2.
DIRECTIONS FROM THE EAST:
Take Tampa Road west to US Hwy 19. Make a right onto US Hwy 19. The office will be your 1st right into Oaklake Medical. We are in Suite 2.
DIRECTIONS FROM THE WEST:
