MEET OUR STAFF:
PENNY RAHN
Penny is our medical assistant who helps Dr. Lowenstein with back office patient care. She will assist you by taking your history and vital signs prior to your visit with Dr. Lowenstein. Penny also assists in drawing blood in our laboratory. She joined the Arthritis center is March of 2002 with 7 years experience in medical assisting.
NATALIE MOBLEY
Natalie will assist you in checking out after your visit at the Arthritis
Center. She will also help you to schedule follow up appointments, Physical or
Occupational Therapy as well as any outside medical testing. For your
convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, Master card and American
Express.
BARBARA POSNACK
Barbara handles all of the transmitting of bills to insurance companies. she can
assist you with any billing questions that you may
have on your account. Please make sure that your information is kept up to date.
This will avoid any problems with billing. Should you have any questions
regarding your account, she can be reached at (727) 789-2784 ext. 15.
SUSAN DUNLOP
Susan joined the staff of the Arthritis Center in March of 2005 as our front desk
receptionist. She coordinates information for new patients, assist you with all
scheduling needs including rescheduling or cancellations where necessary. Susan
will also assist you with check in when you visit the center, conveys telephone
messages and will confirm your future appointments. We look forward to caring
for you soon.
EZEQUIEL KOGAN, BS
Ezequiel joined The Arthritis Center in February 2003. He came from Buenos Aires, Argentina in April 2002, with his wife and two daughters.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Buenos Aires. He joined the office as a financial administrator.
Prior business experience includes 12 years of financial management with building construction companies.
ELENA LOUVROS, CMA
Originally from Queens, N.Y. Elena joined The Arthritis Center in April 2002. As a Certified Medical Assistant,
Elena will cheerfully prepare you for your office visit with Dr. Zagar. She also assists the Dr. with all back office
procedures, including injections and lab draws. Prior to working alongside Dr. Zagar, Elena spent 3 years as part of the
Clinical Research staff here at The Arthritis Center. She is also a part time student, and is currently working towards her RN
degree. In her spare time, Elena enjoys cross-country running and spending time with family and friends.
